- HR team If you are a member of staff or manager your HR partner will be able to identify the support that’s available for you. The Turing also offers support and advice to Enrichment and Doctoral students and Turing Research Fellows, with signposting and referral to more specialist services. If you're not sure where to go, the HR team is a good place to start.
- Employee Assistance Programme This online resource is available free of charge, offering immediate information, answers and advice to a range of workplace and personal issues to staff and students.
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team The team provides advice, support and guidance on equality, diversity and inclusion related issues to staff and students.
- Information about wellbeing support and resources for Turing staff and students can be found on the Wellbeing area of Mathison.
Other sources of support
- Contact your GP surgery to request an emergency appointment (some GP surgeries are currently offering phone appointments only)
- If your GP surgery is not open, call the free NHS medical line on 111 for help accessing the right services
- Samaritans are available to talk about anything that’s troubling you, no matter how large or small the issue. You don't have to be suicidal. Call: 116 123. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

- Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
- Time to Change is a growing movement that exists to transform how we all think and act about mental health problems.

- Student Minds is the UK’s student mental health charity. They empower students and members of the university community to look after their own mental health, support others and create change.
